Thank you to all our customers who completed our recent customer survey. We asked customers to rate the eight aspects of our service which are most important. These are product quality, delivery performance, packaging, value for money, technical support and advice, admin and paperwork, responsiveness to quotations and info requests and finally staff helpfulness.
We also asked if they would recommend our services to a colleague.

Customer Survey results 2025-6
We are pleased to report that in every aspect of our service the response was at the same level or more positive when compared to our last customer survey in 2023.
Product Quality 100% rated as excellent (77%) or good (23%).
Delivery performance rated as excellent (62%) or good (38%).
‘Price is what you pay, value is what you get’
We are particularly pleased to see an increase in positive ratings from the ‘value for money’ aspect. This survey showed that 62% of respondents rated this as excellent, 31% rated this as good and 7% rated this as acceptable.
We are also happy to report that 100% of respondents would recommend our service to a colleague who needed precision parts.
Importantly the survey has shown areas where we should focus our improvement activity going forward so we can deliver even more ‘value’ to our customers in the future.
